Mr. Nelson
has been in the construction business in one form or another for forty
years. He is a businessman and entrepreneur as well as an engineer.
He has organized and has ownership interest in several businesses. He
has done considerable design and build work for many clients in many
areas of the country. He brings to the table the perspective of a businessman
that has to make the entire project work and does not get hung up on
superfluous details. He is a construction expert that brings his skills
into the design and planning stages of a project. He has considerable

Project manager/engineer for the construction of a fresh water treatment
plant for the IBP Dakota City, NE beef processing facility. Project
involved significant regulatory compliance issues with the EPA and various
state regulating bodies (2000-2002)

Project
engineer for the construction of a case ready processing plant at Goodletsville,
TN. Duties included the design of the utility systems for the plant
(2000-2001)

Project engineer/manager for the design and construction of a blast
cooler and process floor renovation for the IBP Storm Lake Hog Processing
Plant. Project included the construction of a hot carcass quick chill
system, several process line additions, and engine room, hog barn revisions,

Project manager for the design and construction of a complete pizza
topping and processed meat plant in Columbia, SC. Project included every
major trade involved in construction of a ready to eat processing facility.
